LaunchPad Careers does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. Our account creation requires users to be at least 13 years of age.

For users between 13 and 17, we encourage parents or guardians to review this Privacy Policy and discuss it with their child. We do not use minor users' data for advertising purposes and take additional care in the handling of data belonging to users we know to be minors.
