If informal resolution fails, you and LaunchPad Careers agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration will be conducted in the State of Georgia. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.
Class Action Waiver. You agree to resolve disputes with LaunchPad Careers on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in any class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against LaunchPad Careers.
Exceptions. Either party may seek emergency injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@launchpadcareers.com. Upon deletion, your saved careers and account data will be removed from our systems within 30 days, subject to any legal retention obligations.
Sections 3 (No Professional Advice), 4 (Accuracy Disclaimer), 10 (Intellectual Property), 11 (Limitation of Liability), 12 (Indemnification), and 13 (Dispute Resolution) shall survive termination of these Terms.
