Who We Are

LaunchPad Careers is built by 3 Kings IT Services, LLC — a Georgia-based technology company. We build practical digital tools that solve real problems for real people.

We started LaunchPad because we kept seeing the same gap: students and working adults who weren't headed to a four-year college had almost no good tools to help them figure out what to do next. The tools that existed were either built for college admissions or were so generic they gave no real guidance.

So we built the product we wished had existed.

The Problem We Solve

Between 40% and 60% of high school students are not planning to attend a four-year college. That's millions of students every year who need real career guidance — not college prep advice dressed up as career advice.

The tools most schools use — Naviance, Xello, Kuder — are built around college admissions. They do a good job for college-bound students. But for the student who wants to become an electrician, an MRI technologist, a cybersecurity analyst, or a chef — they get a list of job titles and a salary range. That's not guidance. That's a Google search.

LaunchPad gives every career the same treatment a good career counselor would: real salary data, an honest 5-step roadmap, a day-in-the-life schedule, the exact certifications needed, a comparison against going to college, and a success story from someone who actually did it.

To give every person — regardless of whether they're going to college — the same quality of career guidance that used to only exist if you could afford a private career coach.

A single hour with a career coach costs $150–$300. LaunchPad delivers that level of depth for 348 careers, available 24 hours a day, completely free to read. We think that matters.

We're a small company. We're based in Georgia. We built this because we thought it needed to exist — and we're continuing to build it because the feedback from students and counselors tells us we were right.
